We’ve seen a few different storylines in our rides onboard, including one taking place in an alpine ski village, and another during a scuba diving adventure. Most of your meals are included in the price of your cruise; but some specialty meals, alcohol, and the offerings at most bars and lounges cost extra. The menu is surprisingly complete, but not necessarily the most exciting. We’ve never had a bad meal from room service onboard Disney Cruise Line, but none of them have been particularly spectacular, either.

One distinction versus Cabanas is that Marceline Market is set up a bit more like a farmer’s market in that there are individual “stalls” (stations) for different types of food rather than one long buffet line. That said, all of the pools are much better than others I've seen on Disney Cruise Line. They also offered a variety of other port activities for older kids and adults, such as visits to Atlantis and sightseeing Jeep tours, but they were not age-appropriate for our group. Two weeks before sailing, our dolphin experience was canceled, so we decided to stay on the ship—and I am happy that we did!
